This Capital Improvement Project includes the following improvements:
Replacement of underground drinking water and sanitary sewer utilities between Camp Phillips Road and Kirk Street.
Extension of underground drinking water utilities between Kirk Street and Tower Ridge Place.
Extension of the underground sanitary sewer utility approximately 300 feet west of Tower Ridge Place.
Replacement of the sanitary manhole at the intersection of E. Jelinek Avenue and Von Kanel Street.
Construction of new storm sewer on E. Jelinek Avenue and Von Kanel Street and replacement of street cross culverts along Von Kanel Street.
Construction of a multi-use path along the south side of E. Jelinek Avenue between Camp Phillips Road and Von Kanel Street and a multi-use path and sidewalk extension along the west side of Von Kanel Street between Barbican Avenue and Schofield Avenue.
Construction of concrete shoulder within the project limits.
Construction of concrete curb and gutter at intersection radii and commercial driveways.
Replacement of the asphalt pavement and pavement marking.
