Construction Updates

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during construction of our Village infrastructure improvement project.


WEEK OF:

August 4

A pipe crew will be working between Schofield Ave and the Mountain Bay Trail while the grading crew will continue working on the road and sidewalk areas between Rogan Ln and Ross Ave.  

JULY 28

Storm sewer installation will continue north of Rogan Ln.  Road building will begin as well between Rogan Ln and Ross Ave.

JULY 21

Continue to install new storm sewer along Fuller heading north from Rogan Ln.  Tuesday 7/22 is planned for a watermain connection at Fuller St and Ross Ave.  This will include a lane shift on Ross Ave to the north which will stay in place for several weeks.  Pond excavation at Kellyland park will continue as well.

JULY 14

Continue to install new storm sewer along Fuller heading north from Rogan Ln along with the below planned water valve and hydrant work:

  • Monday 7/14: Replacement hydrant on Tricia
  • Tuesday 7/15: Replace valves at Morning View and Fuller
  • Wednesday 7/16: Install hydrant at Thomas
  • Thursday 7/17: New water valves at the Ross and Fuller intersection

JULY 7

Continue to install new storm sewer along Fuller St heading north from Rogan Ln.

  • Water valve and hydrant work is expected to be completed at:
    •  Thomas and Fuller on Monday
    • Tricia and Fuller on Tuesday
    • High Ridge and Fuller on Wednesday
    • Morning View and Fuller on Friday
  • The crew will continue excavating out the pond at Kellyland Park as well

JUNE 30

Continue to install new storm sewer along Fuller St heading north from Rogan Ln.  Potential for some hydrant and water valve work later in the week.

JUNE 23

Mobilize equipment to Rogan Lane and Kellyland Park. The Contractor plans to start constructing storm sewer along Fuller Street from Rogan Lane north to Tricia Avenue.

MAY 2025:

Contracts were prepared and the prime contractor indicated that they plan on mobilizing equipment and materials to the project site beginning in June 2025.

APRIL 2025:

Melvin Companies is the lowest bidder and the prime contractor awarded the construction contract.
