Village Updating its Growth Plan

The Village of Weston is updating our 2016 Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan serves as a long-term guide for the Village’s growth, development, and preservation. A Plan update will provide a fresh vision and actionable initiatives to help Weston seize future opportunities and build on strengths—like our excellent schools, strong neighborhoods, thriving business community, natural resources, and Highway 29 access—to enhance our community over the next 10+ years. Updating the Plan also helps the Village qualify for grants to support local projects.

Public input is vital for a community-responsive Plan update! The Village has launched a community survey (see information below). There will be other opportunities later this year and into 2027 to share your thoughts before the Plan is finalized and adopted. Collaboration with neighboring communities, Marathon County, and other stakeholders is also part of the process.
