All driveway permits require a site plan showing the proposed paved area and lot lines and setbacks. Gravel is not an approved driveway material except in specific open space zoning districts.
All new driveways, driveway expansions, and resurfacing require a permit. Seal coating does not require a permit.
Driveway Addition is considered an expansion on an existing driveway.
Driveway Resurfacing is tearing up old pavement and replacing it with new pavement where there is no change in driveway layout.
