NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Village of Weston Plan Commission and Joint Town and Village of Weston Extraterritorial Zoning Committee, on Monday, June 12, 2017, at approximately, or shortly after, 6:00 p.m., at the Weston Municipal Center, 5500 Schofield Avenue, Weston, WI 54476, to take testimony relative to the following amendments to Chapter 94 Zoning:
TAKE NOTICE that the Community Development Authority of the Village of Weston, Wisconsin (the "Authority") intends to revise and amend the terms of the Lease between it and the Village of Weston, Wisconsin (the "Village") under which the Authority is leasing to the Village certain land and improvements located in Tax Incremental District No. 1 in the Village. The property in Tax Incremental District No. 1 which is leased to the Village consists of certain public rights-of-way described on the map set forth below and any improvements thereon and thereunder.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 66.1333(9)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes, the Authority will conduct a public hearing on the provisions of the proposed revised and amended Lease on June 20, 2017 at 6 p.m. at the Weston Municipal Center, 5500 Schofield Avenue, Weston, Wisconsin.
The hearing notice and applicable application materials are also available for public inspection on the Village of Weston website located at http://westonwi.gov/421/Public-Hearing-Notices.
