For the week of July 26, 2021, Camp Phillips Road was detoured to the west between Ross Avenue and Concord to make the underground utility (water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer) connections in the street. The first lift of asphalt was completed on the Camp Phillips patch, Friday, July 30th with the final layer to be placed on Saturday, July 31st, to then allow the detour to be taken down. PGA will continue to work on the site utilities and site grading this coming week.
